We understand that classes and Open gym aren’t the right approach for everyone. Alongside this we also offer personal coaching sessions. (1-1, 2-1 & small groups) whether you’re looking to accomplish a particular fitness goal, improve your strength or cardio fitness, develop your boxing technique, try another martial art or just Improve your confidence & meet great people!     Our coach Anthony is experienced in Fitness, Sports and Group Exercise delivery. He has previously taken part in Ultra Marathons & is know for his unique and effective coaching techniques. ‘I have worked with a wide variety of people from those just starting out in fitness, to those with more experience. The key for each person is to find the right balance of discipline, motivation and fun. I strive to be patient, understanding and aim to create, with you; positive and lasting change through engaging, dynamic sessions.’

    Chris is an experienced Personal Trainer with a strong background in boxing, cardiovascular fitness & weight training.

    ‘With my help you will gain confidence, change your mindset and improve your overall general fitness in line with your personal goals.

    Whether it is a short or long term goal I will show you how to structure your workouts, enjoy training and work to be the best version of yourself.’

    Tracy has been a long time volunteer at LCB and embodies the community feel more than anyone else! As a boxing coach to kids, Juniors & adults, from the age of 4+ Tracy has extensive experience from the fundamentals all the way to competition level.

    Beyond this Tracy also has experience with strength, conditioning & fitness for an all-rounded session based on your goals.

    Robb began his fitness journey at the age of 17, trialling a number of combat sports including, Muay Thai, boxing, Kung fu, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu & wrestling.

    ‘I have competitive experience in the ring as well as the cage and have trained at top Martial Arts gyms across the world. I love coaching people and seeing them progress in themselves, whether they nailed a technique that might have difficult for them previously or beyond the physical, it has improved their confidence and mental well-being, because these are were the real changes are made’.

    Javaun a prominent experienced boxer has been coaching at LCB for 5+ years now. Having competed in the UK & international tournaments Javaun understands the fundamentals & the tools you need to improve & compete at the top of your game.

  • Anna Ndekwe

    My name is Ana Ndekwe, also known as @femaleboxingcoach on social media.  I train people of all backgrounds and abilities in small groups or 1-1 sessions. I help individuals find the confidence within themselves to develop strength both physically and mentally inside and outside of the ring/gym. Whether you want boxing for fitness or are interested in competing, as an L2 coach with over 8 years experience, can help you reach your potential!

  • Emma MIddleton

    Emma is a rising star in both amateur boxing and community outreach. She is a budding boxer and has competed in both Local & international tournaments including Sweden’s Golden Girls and is just getting started in her punching career! Earlier this year she decided to make a change, and fulfill a passion working in fitness full time.
    ‘I believe boxing changes lives and I want to share that with others. I want to give women and girls the same confidence boxing gave to me. I belief in sport as a vehicle for mental health and want to help young people and people with additional needs in the community thrive!’

    So if you’re looking for someone with great expertise in boxing & first-hand experience of how fitness can turn your life around, Emma is your girl!

    Outside coaching Emma also runs the LCB Disability program & Boxing recovery program.

    Christian is a former amateur boxer hailing from the heart of Italy, bringing a touch of Italian passion and expertise to our gym. With a deep-rooted love for the sport. He has dedicated years to honing the art of boxing, both as a fighter and as a coach.

    ‘As a specialized fitness boxing coach, I combined the technical finesse of a seasoned boxer with the knowledge of fitness training. You can count on me to not only teach you the fundamentals of the sweet science but also to help you achieve your fitness goals.’
